Enrollment, Payment, and Policy Terms 



1. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received. Spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is non-transferable. My MicroSchool® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any enrollment at its sole discretion.


2. Payment Policy


Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot. No spot will be held without payment.


3. Refund Policy


A full refund is available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the program has not started.
After 24 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable.


No refunds will be issued for:


Missed classes
Late cancellations
Partial attendance
4. Schedule and Program Changes


My MicroSchool® reserves the right to modify the schedule, format, content, or instructor as needed.


If a session is canceled by My MicroSchool®, a make-up session, credit, or refund may be offered at our sole discretion.
No additional compensation will be provided.


5. Attendance


Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. My MicroSchool® does not guarantee make-up sessions or replacements for missed classes.


6. Student Conduct


Students are expected to participate respectfully and follow instructions.


My MicroSchool® reserves the right to mute, remove, or block any participant who disrupts the learning environment. Enrollment may be terminated at any time due to disruptive or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.


7. Online Class Policy


Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that students have:


A stable internet connection
A working device
A suitable learning environment


Parents/guardians are also responsible for supervising their child as needed and ensuring appropriate behavior during sessions.


Only the enrolled student may attend the session. Sharing access links or login information is strictly prohibited.


My MicroSchool® is not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, platform outages, or connectivity problems on the participant’s end. No refunds or make-ups will be provided for these issues.


8. Recording and Privacy


Classes may be recorded for educational and quality purposes. By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to such recordings. Recordings will not be shared publicly without additional consent.


9. Intellectual Property


All materials, lessons, curriculum, and content provided by My MicroSchool® are proprietary. They may not be copied, recorded, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.


10. No Guarantee of Outcomes


My MicroSchool® provides educational instruction and enrichment. We do not guarantee specific academic, business, or financial outcomes.


11. Liability Waiver


By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept that participation in online educational programs involves inherent risks.


They agree to release, waive, and hold harmless My MicroSchool®, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the program.


12. Media Release


By enrolling, parents/guardians grant permission for My MicroSchool® to use student work, images, or recordings for educational and promotional purposes.


Parents may opt out by submitting a written request prior to the start of the program.


13. Educational Disclaimer


My MicroSchool® programs are educational enrichment and are not licensed childcare services.


14. Communication Policy


All program communication will take place through designated channels. Response time is typically within 24 to 48 hours. Immediate responses are not guaranteed.


15. Agreement


By registering for a program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Policies.
